Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

Ethos Development Company, LLC guarantees your satisfaction with all products purchased on the Site. If you're not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from ethoscustombrands.com (except due to a shipping error, defect or damage), return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of its purchase price, a replacement or exchange. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable except when due to product defect and damage which occurred in shipping. Returns due to shipping error must be returned within 10 days from receipt of damaged goods.

To return a product, simply ship the return via a traceable method (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to Customer Service Manager, Ethos Development Company, LLC, 1908 W. Ruth Avenue, Sallisaw, OK 74955. Phone: 918-790-2956. Retain all copies of your shipping receipt – including tracking numbers – for proof of return delivery.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed upon Ethos Development Company, LLC's receipt of the return items. Refunds of purchase price (shipping and handling not included) will be made promptly by crediting the buyer's original payment method (credit card, check, etc) within 10 days of the receipt of the returned goods.
